How We Ship our Orders

We ship all our orders USPS Priority and Parcel Post.  Most orders normally take 7-14 business days to ship.  If you would like a different shipping method, please call us and we can meet your request. If you wish to have another shipping method or express shipping, the extra cost will be the customer\'s responsibility.

How We Save You Money On Shipping

We don\'t like to pay outrageous shipping costs any more than you do. But why don\'t we charge more to cover our costs? By charging a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping, it simplifies the process of ordering. You can see up front what your shipping costs will be and we want ordering from us to be quick and easy. Just because we charge a flat shipping rate, doesn\'t mean our product prices are higher. Other sites may undercut other retailers and charge more for shipping, we don\'t. We set our prices at a recommended guideline for retailing. We certainly don\'t make money on our shipping rates. If anything, we usually pay more to get your items shipped to you. n larger or heavy orders, it is almost like giving you a discount on your order. You pay one flat rate and we cover the real shipping costs, which can be up to 4-5 times our flat rate.

How Fast We Ship

We start processing your order the next business day.  If you order on the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday.   Please allow 7 -14 BUSINESS days for your order to ship.  Peak shipping times are spring and fall seasons and some backorders can occur.  You will be notified by email if an item is backordered for any reason.

Holiday Ordering and Shipping

ORDER EARLY!! Due to the high volume of sales during the Christmas season, we ask that you order as early as possible.

We can not guarantee product will be available for the holidays after December 1st.

 Return Policy

  • You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns MUST be in their original packaging with all labels or card inserts included.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items.   We regret that shipping charges are non- refundable.    
  • Items must be in the original packaging.  They must not be laundered, damaged or altered in any way.   If any item is returned that cannot be resold or must be reconditioned, there will be a 50% restocking fee taken off the the refund.
